Couldn't find the food you were looking for? Well here's the place to add to the CountingCarbs nutrition database - and it couldn't be easier!
Use the Ingredients panel found on the labels of most foods. It'll look like the one on the right.
Using the information just fill in each of the boxes below with the total amounts for each of the ingredients. If you have a choice use the per 100g or 100ml list rather than the portion size list.
Once you've done that just press the send button.
